Text Box: Benevolent Fund The Tibetan Spaniel Association Benevolent Fund exists to provide short term financial assistance to owners of Tibetan Spaniels at times of extreme hardship. All requests for assistance will be treated in the strictest confidence and an approach may be made to any of the administrators in writing, or in a genuine emergency, via a confidential telephone conversation. Their decision will be final. Any member receiving financial assistance may, if they choose, repay the monies at a later date, however assistance is not dependent on repayment.
